The honey it can be used in both confectionery and cooking. Especially in cooking I often use it to accompany meats or even salads. So today, on the occasion of Chicken Thursday, I would like to share with you a sauce that is very easy and quick to make and can accompany your roasts!
Materials you will need:
1 tbsp Honey ( preferably flower honey )
3 1/2 tbsp. Mustard
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Yoghurt
Salt and pepper
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and leave the sauce in the fridge for about half an hour to thicken. Ideal for meat and chicken.
Tip: I use the same sauce in salads with a small variation. I add another 1 tbsp. olive oil and as soon as I mix it I add it to the salad without waiting for it to thicken. Especially with arugula it is excellent!
