Right of Withdrawal/Exceptions
The consumer has a 7 (seven) calendar day period to withdraw from the sales contract without specifying reasons and without any charges.
The withdrawal period expires after 7 (seven) calendar days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, or:
from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good, in the case of multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately, or from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last batch or piece, in the case of goods delivered in multiple batches or pieces.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of royal jelly and fresh pollen because, in order to be suitable for consumption, these products must be stored at a temperature below 4 degrees Celsius, and for this reason, they are packaged and shipped in a special package with ice packs to maintain the appropriate temperature.
Before the withdrawal period expires, in cases where it is allowed, i.e., before the end of the seven days as mentioned above, the consumer informs our company by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, providing a clear statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract. In this case, our company promptly sends a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement to the consumer via email to the same email address through which the withdrawal statement was received. The consumer bears the burden of proof that they exercised their right of withdrawal.
In the event of an allowed withdrawal, our company refunds all payments received from the consumer, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which our company was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract. Our company reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods back in the condition in which they were delivered, sealed and without any breach of the sealing or packaging, and accompanied necessarily by the tax receipt issued by our company for the sale, or until the consumer provides evidence that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
