Because the quantity of Greek royal jelly produced is very small (approximately 2% of the total annual circulation!!), we must be very careful not to pay for imported royal jelly as Greek. Greek royal jelly differs in composition, taste, and color. It has a shiny white, slightly off-white color, and the shinier its color, the fresher it is. It is exclusively stored in the freezer (-20°C) for at least one year. The 10g jar we consume is kept in the refrigerator for 3-4 months.
