Suggestion for a healthy and enjoyable breakfast!

Surely we all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. What we may not know is that people who eat a high-protein, low-carb breakfast have more energy and noticeably less hunger for the next 4 to 5 hours!

So we suggest you a recipe for a healthy and enjoyable breakfast with pollen that will stimulate you and fill you with energy for the whole day.

Yogurt with muesli and pollen

1 yogurt 2% fat

2 tsp. soup spoon dried fruit (e.g. cranberries, blueberries)

2 tsp. muesli soup

1 tsp. pollen soup

2 walnuts

1 - 2 tsp. sweet honey

a little cinnamon

Place the yogurt in a bowl and then add the muesli, fruit, nuts, honey and finally sprinkle the pollen and cinnamon.

If we want, we can add flaxseed or any other seed we like.

Tip: If the muesli is hard enough for you, you can let them soak in a bowl from the night before with 2 tsp. tablespoons of milk by placing them in the refrigerator.
